Senior Admin / HR Officer (November 2024)
We are looking for an experienced Admin / HR personnel to augment the Bincom Professional Services Team. This is a Professional Services Team Lead role.
Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
- The role is responsible for providing support to the various Administrative and Human Resources functions across all the locations of the organisation.
- The personnel will work with the team to ensure adherence to all processes related to design, development, programming, deployment, project documentation, and other tasks during various client and internal projects.
- The ideal candidate will also be able to act on his/her own initiative and bring a wealth of experience to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all team tasks.
- Minimum of 3+ years VERIFIABLE experience managing Administrative Tasks for a small team (20 - 30 people)
- Business, Admin or HR Related course of Study
- A passion for IT
- Ability to learn new skills fast
- Project management & Team leadership skills
- Report writing skills
- Applicants must have a passion for IT
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude
- Innovative & creative
- Self-motivated.
Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
