Job Title : Security Guards
Job Description:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors by monitoring and patrolling our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in the coordination of emergency response procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security guard certification.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
