We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary & Social Media Manager. In this dual role, you will provide essential administrative support while also managing and enhancing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for engaging with our audience through various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: - Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. - Maintain the office calendar, scheduling meetings and managing office logistics. - Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Social Media Management: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In). - Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice. - Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and inquiries; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess and improve social media effectiveness. - Collaborate with other teams to align social media campaigns with marketing and business objectives. *Qualifications:* - Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in social media management is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., hootsuite, meta business suite). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Creative thinking and ability to create engaging content. - A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
