Responsibilities
Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, and knowledge about safety and health matters in the organization.
Coordinate training programs for employees and educating workers about site safety measures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety issues and enforce preventative measures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for safety inspections, incidents and training.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on safety-related matters.
Making regular site inspections and planning safe working practices and making necessary changes
Requirements
First degree in relevant field with 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
HSE certification will be an added advantage
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Packages
Good communication Skills
Attention to detail and the ability to enforce safety procedures and protocols
Knowledge of first-aid techniques
Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
