QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦400.00 - ₦600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Develop and execute detailed test cases and scripts for UI and API testing
- Utilize SQL queries for comprehensive data validation and database testing
- Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure their resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage
- Document test processes, results, defects, and other test-related artifacts
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years in a QA or similar role, demonstrating a strong track record in test automation and quality assurance
- Expertise in test automation using Selenium or Playwright. Experience with .NET is highly regarded
- Proficient in using Postman for API testing
- Capable of conducting SQL queries for effective database testing and skilled in UI testing
- Familiarity with Jira or Azure Dev Ops for project management and defect tracking
- Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and agile development principles
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs deeply and translate them into effective testing strategies
- Proven ability to work efficiently in an Agile development environment, showing flexibility and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Pay: ₦400.00 - ₦600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abuja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
