Plant Manager
Our client, one of the leading foreign-owned food and beverage companies, located in Ota, Ogun State, requires an honest, brilliant and diligent individual to grow with its team as Plant Manager.
Key Areas of Responsibility (Summary)
* Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
* Manage multiple processing lines and align functional teams.
* Track and report weekly and monthly production metrics with the production accountant.
* Apply strong leadership and management controls to maximize plant performance.
* Plan, develop and train downline management to improve manufacturing excellence.
Major Requirements
* B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any other Engineering discipline.
* Minimum of three years' relevant experience in a similar role.
* Deep knowledge of GMP, GHK, TMP, lean manufacturing, machine operation and maintenance.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
* Age: 41 years max
* Location: Ota, Ogun State
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦370,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
