Maintenance Supervisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Candidate must have 2-3yrs experience in a related field
-Candidates must have OND/HND
-Must be able to resume immediately and must reside within ikeja and it's axis
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₦4,000.00 - ₦5,000.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 per week
- Supervising maintenance staff and coordinating their daily duties
- Carrying out regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues
- Planning and executing on preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinating with hotel management to set maintenance goals
- Handling emergency problems such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC malfunctions and coordinating repairs
- Ensuring safety standards and procedures are followed to reduce risks and accidents
- Overseeing renovation and repair projects from start to completion
- Planning and managing the maintenance budget
- Performing administrative tasks such as reporting, inventory control, and scheduling
- Training maintenance team members and ensuring they are up to date with the latest techniques and procedures
