Junior Human Resource Officer
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR - Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding.

- Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications
- Source candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, employee referrals)
- Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, and skills assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, employment laws, and HR practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
