We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR - Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications
Source candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, employee referrals)
Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
Conduct phone and in-person interviews, and skills assessments
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, employment laws, and HR practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have:
Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
