We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional who will lead a team that will be responsible for promoting and selling CDD solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and business development skills to identify, engage, and secure clients seeking solar energy solutions. Your primary goal will be to increase solar adoption and drive business growth for CDD
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create personalized solar energy proposals based on site assessments and customer needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
5-8 years of experience preferably in the Financial Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
