Role: Group Head of Human Resources INDUSTRY :Media and advertising Salary: 35Million upwards annually Location: Victoria Island RESPONSIBILITIES •Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive a high-performance culture. •Work with senior leadership to identify workforce requirements, anticipate HR needs, and support long-term business growth and change management. •Conduct regular HR assessments, including skills gap analysis, workforce planning, and organizational structure reviews. •Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent across all departments and locations. •Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews. •Develop training and development programs that align with employee career paths and organizational needs. •Implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders. •Lead the implementation of performance management systems to evaluate and support employee productivity and growth. •Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, track HR metrics, and generate reports for senior leadership. REQUIREMENTS •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). •Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role. •Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices. •Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools. •Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. •Ability to work with a diverse, cross-functional team and manage HR functions across multiple locations.
