Group Executive Director, Operations
- George Houston Resources is currently seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the position of Group Executive Director, Operations for a reputable oil and gas engineering and servicing company located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
- Oversee all operational activities and ensure ficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and support teams in achieving operational excellence across the organization.
- Establish and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and sustainable growth within the oil and gas sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations within the oil and gas servicing industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, process optimization, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership skills and an innovative approach to operational management.
