Teal Culture, a high earn furniture and home decor showroom is looking for a manager that is passionate about closing deals and earning more from commissions. A results-driven Showroom Manager that has experience closing deals with high network individuals, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of selling luxury. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 2. Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities. 3. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.). 6. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. 7. Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets. Requirements: 1. 3 - 5+ years of sales leadership experience in Interior design or furniture industry. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and methodologies. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 6.
