Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and software, verifying data integrity and security.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
- Coordinate and support external and internal audits guaranteeing adherence to financial policies, procedures and control.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures through managing budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Liaise with stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare financial management practices and regulations.
