Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Maintain and improve financial systems and software, verifying data integrity and security.
Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
Coordinate and support external and internal audits guaranteeing adherence to financial policies, procedures and control.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures through managing budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Liaise with stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with healthcare financial management practices and regulations.
