Responsibilities
Deliver packages promptly and efficiently to customers with dispatch bike
Maintain a high level of customer service during all interactions.
Adhere to traffic regulations and safety guidelines while operating the bicycle.
Report any delivery issues or concerns to the dispatch team immediately.
Ensure all packages are handled and delivered with care to maintain product integrity.
Assist in organizing and planning delivery routes for optimal efficiency.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on the bicycle to ensure safety and reliability.
Requirements
Proven experience as a bike rider or in a delivery role.
Strong knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Must be physically fit and able to ride a bicycle for extended periods.
Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
Valid identification and, if necessary, insurance for bike operations.
