Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote Precise’s products and services. This role will oversee all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, data analysis, and the unique challenges of retail and interior design marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Precise’s business goals and brand identity.
Oversee social media strategy and content creation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and others.
Optimize website performance, user experience, and search engine rankings to drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO, and monitor SEO performance.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI.
Enhance the online shopping experience and work to increase e-commerce conversions through user-friendly design, compelling product listings, and streamlined purchase processes.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns that foster customer loyalty, promote new products, and drive repeat business.
Manage customer data and segmentation to personalize marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the digital space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or interior design sectors.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
Demonstrated experience managing successful social media campaigns and paid advertising strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and brand alignment.
