Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and result-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company’s website, and generating quality leads through various digital platforms. Job Location: Abuja (Applicants should be resident in Lugbe, Airport Road or its Environs) Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives, ensuring high visibility across online platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, etc.) to engage audiences and grow followers.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).
Work closely with content writers, designers, and video producers to create high-quality content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
Develop, implement, and monitor email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Identify and execute strategies to attract and convert potential leads via digital channels.
Monitor, report and analyze results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing or any related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Nigerian or African market.
Must be comfortable working Night shifts.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices.
Creative and analytical thinking: Ability to develop innovative campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, content creation, and copywriting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the Nigerian digital landscape and consumer behavior is an added advantage.
