WITCHERY | Part Time Visual Merchandiser | Auckland
Are you customer obsessed and love fashion? We are looking for a creative Visual Merchandiser to come join our Auckland team!
As a Visual Merchandiser roving across our Auckland stores, you will work closely with the Store Management teams to ensure high quality windows implementation and instore merchandising across all departments in line with brand standards. Reporting to the NZ Retail and VM Manager, the role has the opportunity to positively impact delivery and adherence to VM standards whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

As a Visual Merchandiser roving across our Auckland stores, you will work closely with the Store Management teams to ensure high quality windows implementation and instore merchandising across all departments in line with brand standards. Reporting to the NZ Retail and VM Manager, the role has the opportunity to positively impact delivery and adherence to VM standards whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan all floor moves in conjunction with Store Manager to maximise sale opportunities as well as maintaining brand standards
- Ensure that the commercial and visual needs of the business are balanced when implementing merchandising or displays
- Provide support to store teams to by assisting in their training and development needs in relation to visual merchandising.
- Strong styling of mannequins in windows and focal areas and top of shelf displays are in line with VM direction at all times.
- Ensure merchandising decisions are related to business results at all times, ensuring a focus on merchandising for profit. Demonstrate ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously as required.
- Previous experience within a comparable VM role both In-store and apparel based divisions
- Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to analyse the business and take appropriate action
- Ability to build relationships easily with stakeholders across the business
- Experience in the retail industry, with an acute sense of personal style and presentation
- Hold a current drivers licence and be able to travel between stores as required
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
