Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring proper storage and organization.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and report any discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and bins as needed.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and inventory.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfilment.
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and
Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the team’s success.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
Strong work ethic and dependability with a commitment to punctuality and attendance
