As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team at this new facility.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our South Island distribution centre. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to our team, ensuring smooth and effective warehouse operations.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team at this new facility.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our South Island distribution centre. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to our team, ensuring smooth and effective warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Manage returns and process customer stock credits
- Coordinate, plan, and process inward freight consignments
- Assist in reporting incoming consignments and resolving stock discrepancies
- Generate purchase orders and collate time sheets
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the Warehouse Manager
The ideal candidate will have relevant warehouse administration experience and be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using D365 and Microsoft Suite programs (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a results-oriented approach
- A self-motivated, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
- The capability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
