The role
Are you a dynamic and strategic sales professional eager to make an impact? We're seeking a Territory Sales Representative to take charge of a key region, from Whangarei District through to Kaitaia region, capturing Kaikohe to the West and Kerikeri to the East.
Reporting to the Branch Manager and supported by a Regional Manager, your mission is to drive business growth, cultivate lasting relationships, and expertly manage stock and sales performance across both B2B and B2C channels. - Leverage customer and sales data to craft and implement strategies that expand market share and elevate sales.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demands and prevent shortages.
- Monitor sales performance, provide insightful reports to the Branch Manager, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings to maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within a related industry with a strong B2B/B2C focus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the agility to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Tech savvy with strong abilities in sales reporting and stock management.
- A valid license is essential; experience with Dangerous Goods is a plus.
- Initiative for process improvements and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
