Joining our team, you’ll be an experienced and inspirational people leader that has what it takes to continue to drive the ANDC towards success. You’ll lead and manage a team to meet safety, operations, people, customer and financial performance expectations - inspiring our teams to bring their best to work each day and return home safe.
Effectively manage team resources and work flow to meet performance targets
Supervise assigned team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and all safety policies on an on-going basis
Lead, motivate and engage team members and build a culture of teamwork, collaboration, safety and performance
Set clear team goals and KPIs and focus on driving individual performance improvement through utilisation of national performance tools and processes as well as coaching and multi-skilling
Supervise shift start up and change over plans and ensure all load seal times to stores are met in full
Actively participate in Health, Safety & Wellbeing meetings
About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will bring 2+ years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Leadership experience leading a large, mixed workforce. You’ll be systems savvy, with a solid working knowledge of distribution centre systems and computer programs and will possess excellent planning and problem solving abilities.
You will be an inspirational leader and role model, being able to lead, coach and influence a team to continued success!
