About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, industry-recognized Sustainability Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to take initiative. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to design and implement strategic sustainability programs from the ground up for clients in the property and infrastructure sectors. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver optimal, forward-thinking solutions.

This role offers flexible location options within New Zealand, reflecting our commitment to finding the best talent, wherever they may be based.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable).
  • Proven experience in delivering ESG solutions, building client relationships, and winning work in the New Zealand market.
  • 3–5 years of senior-level experience in sustainability, with expertise in consulting, strategy, reporting, and metrics.
  • Expertise across key areas such as Climate, Decarbonisation, Circularity, Risk Analysis, and Science-Based Targets (experience in Social Impact, Carbon/Climate Modelling, and Life-Cycle Analysis is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of ESG trends, infrastructure projects, and both local certifications and global environmental standards (e.g., UNSDGs, SASB, TCFD).
