Looking for a rewarding job that doesn't require formal qualifications? Join us as a Support Worker and get paid while you learn! In this role, you'll help people develop their independence and daily living skills. This could involve:
- Assisting with public transportation, employment, finances, and meal preparation.
- Helping with personal needs like shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration.
You don't need any experience in the health and disability sector—just a strong desire to help others and a positive attitude. We'll provide full training and orientation for those who are keen to learn.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.
- Basic computer skills for daily tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical fitness to provide necessary support.
- A Full NZ driver's license.
- $23.84 - $29.10 per hour depending on relevant qualifications, with the ability to earn more as you gain qualifications.
- IDEA Services will support you towards completion of the Level 2, 3 and 4 Certificates in Health and Wellbeing qualifications.
