Position Overview:
HEB Construction is seeking a dedicated a Supervisor with all-round civil construction experience join our Northern Civil team and contribute to the success of civil construction projects around Auckland. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating work and crews, ensuring excellence in delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality in a range of civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate projects from start to finish.
Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
Lead and mentor a skilled workforce to achieve project goals.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in civil construction from earthworks to 3 waters and roads to utilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
A commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
