The University of Auckland

We are seeking three Student Accommodation Night Support individuals to join our team, working night shifts in our student residences. This vital role ensures our students feel safe, supported, and part of a positive community.
You will be the first point of contact for residents needing pastoral care or well-being support during the night. While this isn’t a traditional security role, you’ll lead on health, safety, and security, making sure protocols are followed, emergencies are handled, and first aid is provided when needed.
When not responding to incidents or patrolling, you’ll be responsible for completing general administrative and coordination tasks.
