We are looking for a part-time Storeperson/Forklift Operator to join our team at New World Gardens. There is potential to pick up additional shifts within our Grocery Department for the right candidate.
Are you reliable, enjoy being busy, enjoy working within a team environment but equally can work on your own, this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a part-time Storeperson/Forklift Operator to join our team at New World Gardens. There is potential to pick up additional shifts within our Grocery Department for the right candidate.
Are you reliable, enjoy being busy, enjoy working within a team environment but equally can work on your own, this could be the job for you.
Key tasks:
- Operating a forklift in a safe and responsible manner
- Unloading trucks, transferring stock to cages & working through picklists
- Goods receipting and scanning in orders
- Maintaining records and following Health & Safety guidelines
- Maintaining a tidy and well-organised storeroom and inward goods area
- Ensuring a safe environment for staff and delivery personnel
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Ideally hold a current Forklift License but will provide training to the right candidate
- Inward goods and storeroom experience
- Physically fit and heavy lifting experience
- Reliable, organized and have a can-do attitude
