Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
Assist customers with product selection, purchasing, and returns.
Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and managing store staff.
Schedule and oversee staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and effective use of labor.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and promoting store sales initiatives.
Assist in visual merchandising and ensure that products are displayed attractively and according to planograms.
Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store goals.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
At least 3 years work experience in relevant industry OR
A diploma qualification is required in level 6 or above
Able to work independently as well as a team
Ability to read plans and specifications
Working under pressure
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Be physically fit
