Store Manager Assistant

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, purchasing, and returns.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and managing store staff.
- Schedule and oversee staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and effective use of labor.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and promoting store sales initiatives.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensure that products are displayed attractively and according to planograms.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store goals.

At least 3 years work experience in relevant industry OR
A diploma qualification is required in level 6 or above - Able to work independently as well as a team
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Working under pressure
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Be physically fit
