Description:
Outback Stores is seeking single managers or management couples for Store Manager positions to join our Outback operational team! This is a remote position, located in one of our remote communities across Australia.

As a Store Manager you will be able to directly share your knowledge, collaborate with community members and enjoy some of the most remote parts of Australia.

Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in the role you will have:
Outback Stores desire our Store Managers, to have a range of skills that are transferable to our team environment, this includes:

• Minimum of 3 years of retail and fast-moving consumer goods experience in a supermarket retail environment.
• Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.
• Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.
• Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.
• Effective cross-cultural collaboration.
• Sound customer service and relationship building skills.
• Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software.
