Store Assistant

Location: Auckland
Type Full time, Permanent.
We are a busy pizza store seeking candidate for the position of a Store Assistant. A standard of excellence is expected in all points of service. This is an opportunity for someone with a good work ethic to have their high standards appreciated and rewarded.
The duties of this position are:

Relevant three years’ experience or a relevant qualification
ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality food and products
responding to customers' inquiries and complaints
planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances
instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced

Ability to work weekends.
Strong communication and management skills
Knowledge of pizza, ingredients is a must
Clean police record and mandatory police record check
Valid clean drivers license

Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires.
Salary range for the position: Around $29.66 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
