- Team Player: Must be proactive and collaborative, avoiding a ‘site hider’ mentality.
- Oversee and ensure effective traffic management on-site.
- Coordinate with team members and other stakeholders to maintain safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Implement and monitor traffic management plans under your supervision.
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with traffic management regulations.
