Capgemini is a leading company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team and help us drive our digital transformation initiatives.

As a Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the Business Applications - MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ Customer Engagement team. Your role will be to assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, ensuring quality solution design and successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design and implementation of D365CE solutions for our clients
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and ERP solutions.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies, such as REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
