Shift Supervisor
PANDK FOODS LIMITED is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality service and delicious products. We are seeking dedicated Shift Supervisors to join our dynamic team and help lead daily operations, who will be responsible for the following duties:
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $28 to $32 per hour
Other requirements:
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Supervise daily store operations during your shift, ensuring adherence to company policies and efficient task execution.
- Lead and coordinate team activities by assigning duties and monitoring staff performance throughout the shift.
- Manage stock-related tasks, including conducting manual inventory checks and ordering supplies through the Automated Restaurant Management System (ARMS).
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent sales service.
- Maintain an attractive store environment, upholding visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store is consistently well-stocked.
- Monitor customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, addressing any issues promptly, and keeping the store organized and products readily available.
- Oversee point-of-sale operations.
- Prepare pizza orders.
- Meet operational targets to ensure the store runs smoothly.
- Uphold high-quality standards in all areas of the business.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening, onboarding, and training staff, while supporting team members and management personnel development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $28 to $32 per hour
Other requirements:
- Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Available to work on weekends and evening shifts

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
