We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team
A Successful Candidate will join a well known HVAC & R company based in East Tamaki Auckland , Trading since 2014 - ASAER Ltd - is currently owner operated with huge potential for growth and we need the help of a Suitable - service manager to do this successfully !!

Other Details:
- Remuneration package - 100k Plus
- Profit share (Incentive - Possible to the right candidate )
- Company Vehicle & Fuel card
- Mobile phone
- Lap top
- Uniform
- Office hrs - Mon - Friday
- +/- 40hrs a week
- Have - Suitable qualifications in AC & Refrigeration ( Preferably - Trade Qualified )
- Demonstrate - Leadership skills - past experience
- Have - Experience - running a team of service & installation technicians
- Have - Experience in Quoting AC & Refrigeration repairs , Installations and service work
- Have - some financial & budgeting experience
- Understand NZ health & safety requirements
- Be Able to - Manage customer needs and contracts
- Be able to - work unsupervised
- Be able to - communicate in english (written & verbal)
- Have - some computer skills
- Have a - clean NZ drivers licence
- Have the - required work visa or NZ residence permits
- Be able to - Grow company interests ( New Business development)
