About the Role Liebherr Earthmoving and Material Handling division has a great opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for outstanding customer service to join the Service team at our Auckland branch located in East Tamaki You will be working as part of a supportive team you will be an all-round administrator who can work independently and use your exceptional organisation skills to provide administrative support across a variety of tasks to the service team to maintain and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Raising customer service jobs /repair orders and costing completed jobs.
Invoicing of customer service jobs
Assisting with the scheduling of services
Organise/book travel/accommodation.
Timesheet Data Entry
Addressing customer queries
Processing Expense Claims
Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving
About you
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Strong MS Word and Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete to high standard.
Initiative and self-drive
Critical thinking skills.
