About the role Our FUJIFILM Business Innovation team in Tauranga is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join their team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth, managing existing key clients, and delivering exceptional results. This position of Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships through regular engagement with key decision makers. Develop new business opportunities for FBNZ products, services and solutions., maintaining existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Other duties include:
Developing a market sector by generating sales leads for a product, service or solution
Implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
Assessing potential partners, performing competitive research, evaluating proposed deals/partnerships and analysing and developing business cases for new business targets
Combining existing products/services for a specific client thereby creating a new product, service or solution that once sold becomes a standard organisational offering
Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Product demonstrations
Customer retention and satisfaction
Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Skills & experien We are looking for someone that has experience in selling solutions, but more importantly, you will love sales and working in a fast, dynamic sales environment and be able to operate independently. The successful candidate will also display:
A confident, outgoing nature with excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience B2B sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in commission based selling role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work autonomously
Perseverance and resilience
Be a team player but able to work autonomously as well
