Salesforce CPQ Developer

Role: Salesforce CPQ Developer
Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Summary: Skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of Salesforce platform development. You will be responsible for customizing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, ensuring efficient and accurate quoting, pricing, and product configuration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CPQ platform to support business needs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions for CPQ implementations.
· Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process automations within Salesforce CPQ.
· Customize product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quoting logic to align with business processes.
· Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other systems (ERP, billing, etc.).
· Perform unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve CPQ issues.
· Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
· Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ customizations.
· Stay current on Salesforce releases and new CPQ features, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
· Experience with CPQ implementation, including product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval processes, and guided selling.
· Experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms (REST/SOAP APIs).
· Salesforce CPQ certification preferred.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
· Agile ways of working.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
· 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
