Sales & Operations Representative - Excavation Shoring
Reference: 6661046
- Autonomous operations, sales and customer support role

You'll need proven capability in interpersonal communications, the ability to understand technical construction requirements, organizational capability and we'd especially be keen to hear from you if you also have experience in the hire or construction industry. This is a highly autonomous role, but also requires working collaboratively with the Auckland based shoring team to ensure our customers are receiving the right equipment for their requirements.
What you'll do:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive profitability and grow our market share
- Help customers with site specific shoring solutions
- Seek opportunities for new business
- Manage yard operations and shoring equipment, including some deliveries and collections
- Understand your customer's needs and ensuring we can meet and exceed their expectations; helping to successfully resolve any issues which may arise
- Commercial understanding which results in positive business outcomes
- Proactive approach to developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Computer skills - email, spreadsheets etc
