Sales and Service Administrator - Manukau Branch

What You'll Do:

Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of the business! Engage with customers over the phone and in person, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Scheduling and coordinating sales orders, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. Your organizational prowess will be crucial in optimizing our workflow.
Order Processing- process and track orders. Ensure accuracy in order details and communicate effectively to meet customer expectations.
Assist with administrative tasks and sales.

What We're After:

Previous experience in a customer service/ operation administrative role.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport and great interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Resilience – someone who does not get flustered easily when dealing in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel & Word. Great with numbers and accurate order entry. ERP experience is desirable.
Previous sales or relationship-building experience is highly desirable.
