Reporting to the GM Operational Capability, this role plays an important part in maintaining our strong commitment to legal and regulatory excellence. This is your opportunity to develop and implement a robust Compliance Framework for our Customer Operations business, safeguarding 2degrees' reputation and championing our continuous Fight for Fair. You'll navigate complex regulatory requirements, spearhead process improvements, and represent 2degrees on industry working groups - making a real impact on how we serve our customers while staying compliant. How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
Solid experience in regulatory compliance within the telecommunications, electricity or other regulated services sector.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
