Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Job Title: Store Manager
As a Retail Store Manager , you will be responsible for the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is Full Time. Day to day you will;
- Operate an effective and profitable store.
- Develop and foster a customer focused culture through the execution of sales, service and compliance initiatives
- Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPI's and sales targets.
- Train, mentor and coach team Members to work towards goals and succession planning.
- Create a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer
- Experience in a customer focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager in a retail environment.
- Exceptional people and communication skills and ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales whilst supporting a culture of openness, courage and joyfulness.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional people management.
- Experience working to targets and KPI’s and fostering a high-performance culture and a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business.
