Procurement Administrator

About the role

Reporting to the Purchasing Stores Lead, we are looking for a Procurement Administrator to be responsible for overseeing site purchasing activities and resolving any issues for both purchased materials, and services. The focus of this role is seamless purchase order management while offering excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

This role is based at our longstanding Kawerau site, equipped with modern technology, and a focus on prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Nestled in the Bay of Plenty, Kawerau provides affordable living options and outdoor adventures.

What you will Do

Check all purchased requisitions for accuracy
Process all received invoices through the work cycle in a timely manner
Code and process all credits received in the work cycle
Arrange freight via our freight agents for site overseas orders, code and divide freight invoices

To be considered for this role you will possess:

Super User understanding with a Warehouse Management System (preferably SAP)
Knowledge of warehouse and purchasing software
Experience with work cycle management
Understanding of MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) parts and services
