Pharmacist in Charge

This company owns and operate numerous private pharmacies within Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia (with a majority of sites in Queensland and the largest in Brisbane). This pharmacy group employ 130+ staff, and offers a wide range of specialist services across community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, wholesale supply and compounding/manufacture.
About the Role
The Orange Medical Centre Pharmacy services the community of Orange (approx. 250km west of Sydney) and has built a loyal following from the local community due to the team’s dedication and provision of excellent customer service.
The pharmacy has a large DAA patient base, and a successful vaccination service. You will receive professional support from our team of experienced pharmacists, as well as assistance from head office (who will take on the responsibility for accounts payable, rostering and HR services).
Currently seeking a pharmacist-in-charge that has similar focus on patient care and enthusiasm, and who will look to continue the same level of engagement with the community.
Duties Include
Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Duties Include
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Oversee day to day operations of the pharmacy
- Maintain and grow the DAA customer base
- Supervise and guide Pharmacy Technician staff
- Build rapport with local doctors and other health professionals
- Establish new professional practise programs adhering to current regulatory guidelines
- Applicants should hold a pharmacist degree, AHPRA registration or in the process of applying for this and professional indemnity insurance
- Possess well-developed communication skills and have the ability to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships
- Possess the ability to fulfil all professional responsibilities and administrative tasks required of the position in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Be willing to comply with all pharmacy group policies & procedures
- Attractive salary package: $125-150k
