We have a rare chance for an experienced leader to oversee our Customer Service and Technical Service teams to ensure our customers in New Zealand receive the highest quality service. Reporting to the General Manager – NZ & Chile, you’ll play a key role in the New Zealand Animal Management leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of our strategic goals. A typical day might also include:
Supporting the sales team with analytics and reporting to improve efficiency.
Supporting the sales team with outbound sales programs and driving customer service sales through strategic initiatives and KPIs.
Working collaboratively with Group Operations on Sales and Operations Planning.
Assisting the GM with monthly S&OP reviews in line with Group requirements.
Leveraging digital tools and technology to drive process improvement.
Building and sustaining a high performing team, actively working on team dynamics and people development.
The Fit With a proven track record in an operations leadership role, you’ll be passionate about motivating and empowering others to achieve high performance and drive great results. You’re a strategic thinker, with the unique ability to think ahead and help drive a growing business forward while keeping across the detail. To succeed in this role you’ll also have:
Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams in a sales or customer-driven environment.
Experience managing technical, logistics and customer service functions in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ideally a background in a B2B Animal Management-related industry (or strong interest and aptitude to work in Agri Business/Ag Tech).
First class project management skills, with the ability to keep calm while managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
