Job Description

  • Lead the art of cocktail creation, pushing the boundaries of flavor, presentation, and innovation to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
  • Inspire and guide a team of Bartenders, sharing your passion and knowledge for mixology while ensuring smooth bar operations
  • Engage with guests to craft personalized drinks, offering expert recommendations and creating memorable interactions
  • Curate a unique beverage menu that showcases seasonal ingredients, creative techniques, and premium spirits
  • Maintain impeccable standards of bar cleanliness and equipment care while ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously developing your knowledge to elevate the guest experience and set new standards in mixology

Qualifications
You will be:

  • A seasoned professional with at least 2+ years' experience as a Mixologist or Bar Manager
  • Skilled in high-end service with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a 5-star Medium to Large Hotel
  • A holder of a Manager's Certificate
  • Qualified with a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or an equivalent qualification
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a flair for creativity in cocktail design
  • An inspiring team leader, capable of motivating and managing a bar team to achieve outstanding results
