An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced medical administrator to assist in a busy role located either Greenlane or Grafton. Working within a hospital environment you would be working full time hours Monday to Friday for up to 6 months, possibly longer.
Duties include:

- Scheduling Patient Appointments
- Answering Email/phone queries
- Sending out appointment confirmations
- Data Entry, updating patient details
- General Administrative duties
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have had solid administration and customer service experience. Experience working within the medical sector is an advantage.
- Advanced MS office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Be confident with working to deadlines in a busy work environment
- Flexible to take on a variety of tasks as required
