Loader Operator
C3 is embarking on a new project to start up and operate a bulk store at Mount Maunganui. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into a new operation and be part of the original team to set the standard.
We are looking for staff to work in a role that combines operating rubber tyre heavy pivot steer loading machinery to move bulk materials and at times, load trucks. The role is in a small team where everyone must muck in and cover all areas, which means that some duties will include general labour cleaning of the bulk store, and some basic office work.
A Class 2 licence and W endorsement are preferred; however, we can work with the right candidate to assist you in gaining a Class 2 licence and W endorsement. The role may suit someone who has some machinery operating experience and is looking to step up into heavy machinery operation.
This is a full-time permanent position in a 7 day a week operation. The shifts will primarily be day shifts, however there will be some night shifts when vessels are unloading.
Essential requirements for the position are;
