About the role
When joining Apogee, you go beyond ensuring legal documents are in place. By getting to know your clients and understanding their real needs, you will provide advice, insights and tools to ensure their objectives and ambitions are met – now and on their continued journey of life. With the strengths of the team around you, you will collaborate to ensure the highest level of service is provided, sharing in clients’ success.
With this being a small, but growing firm, you will be involved in a variety of interesting work. You will also have the opportunity to carve out your own career pathway and develop niche areas of practice to meet the evolving needs of the community. Each team member has an individual development plan to support their strengths and aspirations, with specific goals on how these will be achieved together.
Skills and experience
Our ideal candidate will have;

5+ years PQE in general legal practice – ideally with a property, relationship property, personal, commercial or agri-business bias.
The ability to forge customer relationships as both a technical expert and a trusted friend.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills to flex and adapt to changing client needs.
Willingness to support and mentor others in the team.

Above all, we’re looking for someone with a collaborative and team approach, a good sense of humour, a passion for their community, who can make the magic work for our clients.
