We are a growing landscaping and home services startup looking for an organized, motivated all-rounder to join our team. As the owner, I’m focused on scaling the business, and I need a reliable partner on the ground to lead our field operations and deliver excellent service to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Apprenticeship / Traineeship
Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Landscaping & Home Services Projects: Manage various tasks including mowing, garden maintenance, planting, water blasting, and general home services.
- Hands-On Work: You’ll be working on-site, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Plan and Execute: Help plan daily tasks, manage resources, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the ground.
- Maintain Equipment: You’ll be responsible for keeping company-provided equipment in top condition.
- Performance-Based Pay: Earn 25% of profits. Your earnings reflect your results—more efficiency, more rewards.
- Flexible Schedule: We offer part-time hours and flexibility to fit the right candidate's availability. Some weeks are busy, some quieter—it’s all about teamwork and delivering quality.
