Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina are three magnificent restaurants in Queenstown, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group.
We are looking for full-time and part-time kitchenhands who genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for the guests.
Your duties will include the following:
Wash dishes and keep the dish area clear
Food preparation, assist in producing menu items to a high standard
Store and label food correctly
Cleaning all areas of the kitchen to a high standard
Maintain standards for food safety in all food preparation areas
Communication skills, with the ability to listen and follow instructions
Notify Head/Sous Chef of any breakages or equipment
Uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations
No experience is required, on the job training is provided.
