We're searching for a passionate Kaitohutohu Ahurea Cultural Capability Advisor to join our team.Empower | Collaborate | Develop You will:

  • Design and develop cultural capability training programs for a specific business group.
  • Partner with the business group to assess their training needs.
  • Identify and recommend new training methods for cultural capability uplift.
  • Support the delivery of training initiatives (including pilot projects).

  • Strong understanding of cultural capability and its importance in emergency services.
  • Experience designing and delivering online and blended learning programs.
